Meet the new member of Mandarin Re

Andreas Antoniou will be joined Mandarin Re on the 1^st of August 2021 as the Financial Advisor based in Cyprus branch of the company. He is a qualified and experienced financial specialist focused on providing large scale solutions such as: registration of companies, administration and trustee services. Prior to joining Mandarin Re Andreas worked at Assetbridge AIFLNP V.C.I.C LTD as the Executive Director, responsible for the AML and KYC processes of the fund and the risk management functions. During for 10 years he was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at VEL Enterprises LTD doing tax planning to minimize tax liabilities and tax exposure, preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, models and projections for expansion plans, as well as variance analysis for Board of Directors and investors. Andreas also was a member of the audit team of various audit clients, including a major bank, a broadcasting channel, retailers and other audit clients.

Andreas has several professional qualifications in accounting such as: Advanced certificate -Cyprus Securities and exchange commission and AML certificate - Cyprus Securities and exchange commission. It is important to say he has graduated from the University of Manchester (UK) in 2000 and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (Nicosia Cyprus) in 2004.
