Article He is responsible for the development and strategy of Mandarin’s reinsurance activity in Central America and building effective relationships with local potential partners. Luis joined Mandarin in March 2021 and brings over 5 years’ experience in economic business development sphere. Prior to Mandarin, he was a tutor of tourism whose knowledge of LATAM region is undoubtedly advantage for reinsurance. He worked in American Chamber of Commerce in Guatemala and Coactemalan Corporation.
