Based in Kuala Lumpur, Pauziah brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, administration, and organizational development across both the corporate and non-profit sectors.

She holds a Master of Business Administration from University Utara Malaysia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from University Putra Malaysia.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Pauziah is known for her ability to foster inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance teams.
