This senior leadership role will be responsible for leading and executing Mandarin Re’s marketing strategy, supporting business growth, and enhancing the company’s positioning in a highly specialized and competitive global market. The role is open to experienced professionals with strong industry awareness and a strategic, commercially driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
Strengthening brand positioning and increasing visibility within the reinsurance industry.
Leading digital marketing initiatives across the company website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and paid media.
Conducting market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Representing Mandarin Re at international industry events and conferences.
Planning and coordinating company events, webinars, and client-facing initiatives.
Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance and return on investment.
Collaborating cross-functionally to support overall business and commercial objectives.

Profile and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Reinsurance or insurance industry experience is strongly preferred.
Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic and evolving market environment.
MII qualification will be an added advantage.
