Mandarin Re Ltd. has doubled its Charter Capital to USD10,000,000.

 In spite of being a young company, Mandarin Re Ltd. has increased its Charter Capital twice. In 2017, the Charter Capital was raised from USD3,000,000 to USD5,000,000.

 Charter Capital enhancement was prompted by Mandarin’s Re Ltd. willingness to establish a greater presence in an international reinsurance market. In addition, foreign regulators’ stricter requirements concerning minimal capital of cross-border reinsurers pushed our company to increase its Charter Capital.

 With the increased of our Charter capital, it broadens the company’s opportunities and capacities to receive huge risks as well as to strengthens our position in traditional markets within Asia and the Middle East. Furthermore, such a significant increase of our Charter Capital for a positive impact on the level of Financial Strength Rating that the company seeks to get in the near future.
