Mandarin Re is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Analyst. This is a remote position, open to motivated candidates looking to contribute to a dynamic and fast-growing reinsurance company.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Business Development, Marketing, and Underwriting teams. This role is central to supporting strategic initiatives by analyzing market trends, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering actionable insights to senior management. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to play a meaningful role in shaping the direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

l Analyze market data and business performance

l Prepare reports to support decision-making at the executive level

l Collaborate across departments to align strategy with data-driven insights
