 Mandarin Re is glad to represent the new member of the Company - Boris Voronin. He was appointed as the Deputy Chief Operating Officer on 18 May 2020. Boris graduated in 1991 from Bauman Moscow State Technical University with a degree in Electronic Engineering. He also graduated from MGIMO University Insurance Business School in 1997 and “Specialist” Center at Bauman Moscow State Technical University with a degree in accounting in 2004.

Boris has more than 28 years’ experience across insurance services and consulting.

Prior to joining Mandarin Re, Boris subsequently worked as Individual Entrepreneur advising insurers, logistics companies, and retail companies on implementing projects for front-office systems. His expansive experience also included SLA outsourcing management and IT services, finalizing Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) and adjusting back-office to business processes.

From his early beginnings Boris joined the Insurance Company as Deputy Director focusing on assignments in strategy and economics, business process improvement, information systems planning and IT project management.

 Boris Voronin has analytical, organizational, and managerial skills. He is a perfect team leader with ability to coordinate the actions of team members project participants and distribute resources.

 Mandarin Re expects Boris will contribute to the progressive growth and establishing strong positions of Mandarin Re in international reinsurance market.
