 Throughout his career, Mr. Irving Ureña has demonstrated exceptional leadership capabilities, consistently excelling in senior positions and spearheading initiatives to expand operations into new territories. Prior to joining Mandarin Re, he served as the VP Underwriter for Non-Life Business at Ocean International Reinsurance Company. Additionally, he has contributed to the industry as an independent consultant in insurance and reinsurance, while also teaching seminars and participating in various international forums and conferences.

 He holds a Master's in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, achieving 1st Place Sigma Cum Laude Honor from Interamerican University of Panama. Additionally, he possesses an engineering degree from the Technological University of Panama and is a graduate of St. Augustine College. His background as a former Instructor in reinsurance and technical risks at INTEC highlights his dedication to knowledge sharing within the industry.

 Known for his adeptness in building strong customer relationships and fostering teamwork, Mr. Irving Ureña is poised to drive efficiency and innovation in Mandarin Re's underwriting division.
