Responsibilities:
• Monitor and ensure compliance with the sector-specific Financial Services regulations and other applicable legislation.
• Conduct compliance checks and audits, identified deficiencies and risks, oversaw corrective actions. Produced compliance reports for Management.
• Prepare the monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports with respect to anti money laundering activities, as required by the regulator
• Develop and conduct training programs to staff on matters relating to anti money laundering issues and
• Monitoring ongoing financial operations within a company, such as payroll, invoicing, cash flow and other transactions
• Formulating strategic and long-term business plans
• Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance and identifying areas for potential improvement
• Identifying cost reduction opportunities
• Ascertaining methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
• Analyze financial portfolio to evaluate and monitor portfolio risk, giving consideration to individual security, sector and asset class exposure
• Portfolio Diversification
• Examine and assess economic and market trends, earnings prospects, financial statements and various other indicators and factors to determine suitable investment strategies
Job requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of English, other languages (Spanish/French/Hindi/Arabic) will be as the advantage
• Higher education (economy, finance)
• 5 years accounting experience in a foreign company
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
• Outstanding analytical and time management skills
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working conditions:
• 5-days working week;
• Full-time working day (09:00-18:00);
