Tatiana started her activity in 2012 as the teacher of English at State and Private Schools, teaching children and adults, practising their reading, writing, listening and speaking skills. In 2013 she changed her professional path to the administrative activity and undertook a full range of secretarial and administrative duties for the CEO ensuring the efficient and effective running of their daily business. Tatiana worked also as the Head of Administrative Department until 2015 assisting the CEO in organising their administrative workload, controlling the administrative department in organizing different events of the day, meetings and following up resultant actions, maintaining complex diary management. Tatiana has strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners as well as the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
