Responsible for business development alongside other board members, Mikhail takes an active part in setting and implementing the strategy to create the successful and innovative reinsurance company that is Mandarin Re Ltd. With his legal and economic qualifications, he is ideally suited to managing core aspects of the business. He is also responsible for supporting the Chief Executive Officer in executing the company’s growth strategy.

Prior to joining Mandarin Re Ltd., Mikhail held several CEO roles within the Insurance industry, including almost 10 years with Interregional Legal Center where his responsibilities include strategic planning, financial management, budgeting, analysis and people management.
